Veni Vidi made it to the top of my list so I made contact with them via the online chat facility. I was introduced to my International patient representative Antastasia who was very patient with me and answered all my questions she was extremely knowledgeable about the clinic and the procedures and after more online chatting I decided that this was the clinic for me and arranged a date to fly over. Antastasia gave me information and indeed booked me into a fantastic hotel and gave me details of the car that would collect me from the airport (a lovely black Mercedes) the hotel was excellent and I was picked up at nine am last monday for an consultation with the surgeon (Professor Dr Tugrul Akin) who after a chat sent me for a complete set of tests I was met at to door of the clinic by Antastasia who stayed with me and acted as interpretor for all my treatment and check ups her services were invaluable. I had lens replacement surgery and it was pain free and my surgeon who was absolutely brilliant did a full check up the next morning and u was amazed at the difference with my vision and looked forward to the next day when my other eye was operated on. Throughout my treatment I was highly impressed by the clinic / hospital as it seemed to be a world beating quality facility and add to this the professionalism of every member of staff I met and would not hesitate to recommend Veni Vidi to anyone. My eye sight is now better than in has been in decades and i am really pleased i went with this clinic and i cannot thank my surgeon Professor Akin and Antastasia enough for making my treatment a 100% success and making all the arrangements work perfectly. I didnt mention the cost of treatment with is a fraction of the cost here in Manchester UK.

Arrived here Monday the 30th of September at 2 p.m. after a lot of communication with Anastasia regarding my lens replacement as my eyesight was getting worse every day. I made no touche eye surgery and I am very pleased so far as this is my 5th day. The clinic is pretty big and all well organised very professional and clean which I appreciated a lot. They have great staff and personnel who know what they’re doing from receptionists to doctors. Happily I had Doctor Ertan Sunay that operated my eyes who was very nice throughout all the process and tried to make feel at ease, a huge thank you goes to Anastasia as well who took care of all details and was nice enough to help with everything I needed. I have always thought that a procedure such as eye operation will be a painful, full of displeasant situations journey but thanks to the staff of Veni VIdi Goz, it was troubleless and it was pleasure putting my eyesight in their hands.
